Prior to makeup, she worked in NY City at one of the most prestigious wall street firms on their trading floor. She decided to combine her business skills, with her artistic abilities and pursue her career as a professional make up artist full time. She is trained to evaluate your skin color, skin type, eye color, facial shape to use custom blending, shading and highlighting to keep you looking like your best self.
Make-up is a tricky business; most women are afraid of looking made up while most men prefer natural beauty.  Melissa is able to combine that understanding with her skills and talent in order to create a beautiful face that will appeal to every beholder. In addition to enhancing your own natural beauty, her focus is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while working with you to create that special “look”. The products used are top shelf.  Melissa dedicates a great deal of time to experimenting with and researching products, allowing her to offer you the very best. Hand-applied makeup lasts 8-10 hours with reapplication of lipstick!
